2011 2nd International Conference on Managenment Science and Engineering (MSE 2011) will be held on October 1~2, 2011 in Chengdu, China. MSE 2011 is co-sponsored by Enineering Technology Press and Southern Illinoic Univetsity Carbondale and National University of Singapore. The conference proceedings will be published by Advances in Artificial Intelligence, ISSN ：2160-147X. All papers accepted will be indexed by ISTP. You are invited to contribute papers either in English or Chinese, which must include English title, abstract and references. The papers of MSE2010 have been indexing by ISTP.
MSE2011所有录用的论文将被ISTP检索。投稿中英文均可，但必须有英文题目和英文摘要，以及英文参考文献。MSE2010已经被ISTP检索。
